Richmond

Age: 7

Richmond was born in 2016 and lives in Bamenda. After his father was killed by a separatist in the Anglophone crisis, Richmond moved in with his grandmother. His grandmother does small farming but has no income and is unable to send Richmond to school. He should be in class 3, but will have to start in class 1 once he has a sponsor.

Richmond enjoys playing with his friends. His favourite colour is white and he would like to be a lawyer when he grows up. Richmond and his grandmother  desperately want him to find a sponsor so that he can start his education and fulfil his ambitions.

Sponsorship will allow Richmond to attend school with all books, stationery and other equipment he needs. Your help will also pay for other important basics such as clothing and books.

If you sponsor Richmond, you will receive monthly reports. These reports will include photos of Richmond, and inform you of what Richmond has been doing and how your sponsorship money is being spent.

We have three levels of sponsorship, starting at £20 per month. Your help will change life and the future for Richmond and his family.
