Godwill

Age: 10

Godwill was born in 2012 and lives in the North-West region of Cameroon. He lives with his mother and three siblings. Sadly, Godwill’s father died in 2018, leaving the family without an income. Godwill’s mother does subsistence farming, which brings in some food. However, she has no money to pay for school fees, healthcare or other basics for herself and her children.

Godwill is in Class 4 of primary school. He tells us that his favourite subject is English. When he grows up, Godwill would like to become a teacher. Without sponsorship, Godwill won’t be able to continue into Class 5.

Godwill likes eating fufu corn and his favourite colour is white. When asked what he would like to have, Godwill said he would love a story book.

Sponsorship will allow Godwill to continue school with all the required stationery, exercise books, textbooks and uniform. Your help will also mean that Godwill can access healthcare if he is unwell, and receive nutritious food that will benefit his whole family.

If you sponsor Godwill, you will receive monthly reports. These reports will include photos of Godwill, and will inform you of what Godwill has been doing and how your sponsorship money is being spent.

Godwill’s brother, Philand, is also looking for a sponsor. Please see his profile here.

We have three levels of sponsorship, starting at £20 per month. Your help will change Godwill’s life and allow him, for the first time, to dream of more positive future.
