The Box
Our latest initiative involves sending a box filled with books and educational equipment to Cameroon, along with letters and photos from their sponsors. This project aims to nurture a love for reading and strengthen the bonds between our sponsored children and their supporters.
The idea
We have sent packages to Cameroon before, and they’ve always been very well received by the children. By sending a box of carefully selected books, small gifts, and other supplies, we aim to ‘tick lots of boxes’. Including personalised letters and photos from sponsors adds a special touch, and this is something our children really enjoyed receiving last time.
The result
Once the box arrives in Cameroon, the children will receive their individual packages. The personalised letters and photos will allow them to see and understand the support they have from their sponsors, which they are always very excited about. This initiative is a great way to bridge the distance between the children and their sponsors, reminding them that they are thought of and cared for.
