Destiny was born in 2020, which means she is currently four years old. She lives in Bamenda, which is in the English-speaking region of Cameroon, with her mother, sister and uncle. Up until recently, Destiny had two uncles, one of which brought in an income to support the family. He was involved in an accident in March and sadly died, leaving the family with no income to care for the children. 

 

Destiny desperately needs a sponsor to help her start school with her fees fully paid to allow her the opportunity to complete her education on time. Destiny’s favourite subject is maths. She loves eating rice and her favourite colour is orange. Destiny tells us she really wants to become a doctor when she is older.

 

This is a perfect time for Destiny to find a sponsor, as she will be able to start her education without the interruptions that so many of our older children have had. Sponsorship will allow Destiny to attend school with all books, stationery and other equipment she needs. Your help will also pay for nutritious food for Destiny and her family, access to healthcare if she is unwell, and other important basics such as clothing and shoes.
