Kiara

Age: 18

Kiara was born in 2005. She has a mother and five siblings, though she now lives with her older sister in Bamenda, Cameroon.

Kiara’s mother does subsistence farming and has no real income to pay for Kiara’s school fees. As a result of this, Kiara’s education stopped when she was in class 5 of primary school. Kiara returned to school at the beginning of 2023 when she found a sponsor. Now 11 months later, Kiara is looking for a sponsor again.

Kiara’s favourite school subject is English. Her favourite colour is blue, and she enjoys eating fufu corn and vegetables.

Kiara needs a sponsor so that she can continue attending school and complete her education and fulfil her dream of becoming a doctor.

Sponsorship will allow Kiara to return to school with all the required stationery, exercise books, textbooks and uniform. Your help will also mean that Kiara can access healthcare when needed, and receive nutritious food that will improve her health and benefit her whole family.

As Kiara’s sponsor, you will receive monthly reports. These reports will include photos of Kiara, and will let you how Kiara is and how your sponsorship money is being spent.

We have three levels of sponsorship, starting at £20 per month. Your help will have a huge impact on Kiara’s life and allow her, for the first time, to look forward to a better future.
