Art Parties
Our art parties are a celebration of creativity, bringing together children from various communities in Cameroon. Through artistic expression, these events foster a sense of collaboration, showcasing the talents of our wonderful children.
The idea
The idea behind our art parties is simple yet powerful: provide a platform where children can express themselves through art. We set up engaging sessions filled with paints, brushes, and canvases, encouraging the children to create their own unique pieces. This creative process is not only enjoyable but also helps to develop their self-esteem and social skills.
The result
The results of our art parties have been exceptional. The children crafted beautiful handprints and colourful artwork that were later transformed into Christmas decorations. These decorations were part of the tree displayed at the Crediton Christmas Tree Festival, allowing the children's talents to shine for all to see. Learn more about this in our blog post.
