Crediton Christmas Tree Festival
The Crediton Christmas Tree Festival offered a unique opportunity for our children in Cameroon to showcase their artistic talents on a global stage. By participating in this event, they were able to share their creativity, and we are very proud of all of them for their great work.
The idea
Our participation in the Christmas Tree Festival was centred around the idea of celebrating our children's creativity. The children’s artwork, crafted during our art parties, was transformed into decorations that adorned the festival tree. This initiative aimed to highlight their artistic skills while engaging them in a wider community celebration.
The result
The result was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree at the festival. The tree, decorated with the children's creations, not only brought joy to visitors but also showcased the talent and spirit of the young artists from Cameroon.
The impact
The impact of our involvement in the festival was profound. It provided the children with a chance to feel connected to a larger global community and instilled a sense of pride in their contributions. Through this experience, they gained valuable recognition and the assurance that their voices and artistry matter.
